Laurie Bolton to be present in the UK for the 70th Anniversary of Exercise Tiger at the Tank Memorial in Torcross, Slapton Sands, England. On Sunday, April 27, 2014, the day before the actual 70th Anniversary, there will be a small ceremony commemorating those who died and a plaque dedication to the late Ken Small for establishing the Tank Memorial in 1984, which gives the families and survivors a tangible place to remember those who perished. Laurie will be representing the American families and veteran survivors who are unable to be present.
